Redink Homes is seeking an experienced Scheduler to join our Scheduling team on a permanent full-time basis.
Take ownership of scheduling materials and resources across residential construction projects, ensuring everything is in place to support build timelines. You'll work closely with suppliers, site teams, and internal departments to coordinate orders, manage variations, monitor costs, and contribute to the successful delivery of quality homes for our customers.

Key Responsibilities
- Compile accurate Bills of Quantities in line with construction requirements
- Source materials and resources from the Price Book
- Coordinate material ordering and supplier communications
- Monitor department workflows and scheduling progress
- Support the Scheduling and Construction teams to achieve build targets
- Compile and analyse cost control reporting
- Monitor project budgets and construction progress
- Approve and process invoices
- Resolve scheduling-related issues and escalate where required
What You'll Bring
- 2 + years' experience within residential construction scheduling or a similar role
- Experience using construction management, estimating, or procurement software (such as Databuild or Clickhomes) and Microsoft Excel
- Strong organisational and time management skills
- Excellent communication and relationship-building abilities
- Experience in roles requiring strong attention to detail
