Travel the World is looking for you to join our friendly and supportive team and help travel agents create unforgettable holiday experiences for their clients. Key responsibilities

- Working closely with travel agents and wholesalers

- Creating and managing travel reservations

- Providing exceptional customer service and support

- Assisting with cruise, land, and Air enquiries

- Building strong relationships with industry partners

About you

- Minimum 2 years' retail or customer service experience

- Strong communication and organisational skills

- A positive, can-do attitude and team-focused approach

- Passion for travel and delivering outstanding service

- Cruise knowledge or experience is highly regarded

- GDS experience will be considered an advantage
