My Kube Coworking is looking for a Receptionist and Community Coordinator

About the role

You will be responsible for welcoming members and visitors, conducting tours of the space, responding to phone calls and new enquiries and supporting the daily presentation and operation of My Kube.

Key responsibilities

- Greeting members and visitors in a warm and skilled manner

- Conducting tours for prospective members and explaining spaces and membership options

- Answering phone calls, emails and new enquiries

- Assisting with member onboarding and general administration

- Receiving and securely managing mail and deliveries on behalf of virtual members

- Organising and notifying virtual members when mail has been received, then arranging collection or forwarding as required

- Handling all member mail and business information with discretion, confidentiality and a strong commitment to privacy and security

- Keeping shared areas, meeting rooms and the kitchen tidy, organised and well stocked

- Monitoring office supplies and coordinating restocking when required





- Assisting with the management of social media platforms and creating and scheduling regular social media content, including photos, videos, reels and posts

About you

- Naturally friendly, approachable and confident when speaking with new people

- Take initiative and have strong attention to detail

- Understand the importance of maintaining a professional and inviting workplace

- Trustworthy, discreet and capable of managing confidential information and member mail responsibly

- Previous experience in reception, administration, hospitality, customer service or coworking highly regarded

- Experience creating social media content and managing business accounts, particularly Instagram and LinkedIn, is important for this role
