With a strong and established presence in Australia and a clear growth strategy underway, they are known for their premium product range and their commitment to supporting trade contractors, architects, designers, and facility managers across the country. What you'll be doing?

- Developing and executing a territory growth plan — Taking ownership of a structured territory growth strategy for Sydney and regional NSW, identifying and prioritising opportunities to drive sustainable revenue growth.
- Winning new business — Actively prospecting and engaging new customers with a confident, solutions-focused sales approach, building a strong pipeline and closing deals with purpose.
- Managing and growing existing accounts — Nurturing and developing relationships with existing customers to maximise account value, retention, and long-term loyalty.




- Conducting on-site presentations and product demonstrations — Visiting customer sites to deliver engaging, professional presentations and hands-on product demonstrations that convert interest into sales.
- Building relationships across the trade — Developing trusted relationships with trade contractors, architects, designers, facility managers, and distribution partners to strengthen market presence and drive referral activity.
- Partnering with distribution channels — Working closely with distribution partners to align sales efforts, support their growth, and maximise territory coverage and sell-through.
- Maintaining CRM and pipeline reporting — Keeping accurate and up-to-date records of customer activity, sales pipeline, and territory performance within the CRM system.
- Achieving and exceeding sales targets — Consistently delivering on and stretching beyond territory sales targets as part of the broader Australian growth strategy.

Who are they looking for?

- Proven field sales experience — A minimum of five years of demonstrated success in field sales and business development is essential; experience can come from any industry or sector.
- Sales hunter mindset — A natural drive to prospect, pursue,



and close recent business opportunities, combined with the tenacity to build a strong and active pipeline.
- Construction or related industry experience — A background in construction, flooring, coatings, adhesives, or related industries is highly regarded, though full product training will be provided for candidates with the right sales capability.
- Stakeholder engagement ability — The confidence and versatility to engage effectively with both tradespeople and professional specifiers including architects, designers, and facility managers.
- Presentation and communication skills — A confident, polished presenter with strong verbal and written communication skills to represent the brand professionally across diverse audiences.
- CRM proficiency — Solid experience using CRM systems for pipeline management, customer tracking, and sales reporting.
- Self-driven and autonomous — Highly motivated with the ability to manage time, territory, and priorities independently without close supervision.
- Driver's licence — A full, current driver's licence is essential for this field-based territory role across Sydney and regional NSW.
