Responsibilities:

- Troubleshoot and diagnose technical issues with electrical catering equipment,



performing maintenance and repairs.

- Communicate effectively with clients, ensuring their needs are met promptly and professionally.

- Collaborate with our Procurement, Sales, and Operations teams to exceed client expectations.

Requirements:

- Technical knowledge and understanding of commercial kitchen equipment (or similar) would be advantageous.

- Excellent communication skills and a customer-centric approach.

- Strong organisational and time management skills, with the ability to work independently and multitask effectively.

- Current driver's license and proficiency with computers are essential.

- Gas licence may be obtained after commencement for suitable candidates.

Licensing Requirements:

- Restricted Electrical License/Gas License

- Either Restricted Electrical Licence (REL) or Unrestricted Electrical Licence (UEL) is required.

- Current Driver's License.

Experience:

- Proficiency with computers is required.
