We are currently seeking a Quality Assurance Officer to join our Manufacturing team based in Perth.

This hands-on role combines factory-floor quality inspections with quality assurance and continuous improvement activities. You'll play a key role in ensuring our modular buildings are constructed to the highest standards while supporting quality systems, compliance initiatives, and process improvements across the business.

What You'll Do

- Conduct inspections throughout all stages of the manufacturing process to ensure compliance with drawings, specifications and company standards.

- Maintain quality records, inspection reports and compliance documentation,



including photographic evidence of critical build stages.

- Investigate non-conformances and support corrective and preventative actions.

- Work closely with manufacturing teams, supervisors and subcontractors to improve quality outcomes.

- Support audits, customer walkthroughs and quality-related reporting activities.

- Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives and support national quality system updates.

What You'll Bring

- Experience in a Quality Assurance, Quality Control, construction, manufacturing or modular building environment.

- Strong understanding of quality systems, compliance requirements and quality documentation.

- Ability to read and interpret construction drawings, specifications and technical documentation.

- A hands-on approach with the ability to balance factory-floor activities and process-focused responsibilities.

- Strong attention to detail and a commitment to delivering high-quality workmanship.

- Proven problem-solving skills with the ability to identify issues and implement practical solutions.

- Experience supporting continuous improvement initiatives and driving quality outcomes.

- Ability to build positive working relationships and communicate effectively with operational teams, subcontractors and stakeholders.

- A proactive mindset with a passion for creating consistency, accountability and quality standards across the business.

- Current White Card, with a trade qualification or Certificate IV in Building & Construction highly regarded.
