Topdrill is seeking a Storeperson - Lead to join our Procurement and Stores team based at our contemporary workshop and warehouse facility in Kalgoorlie.

This is a hands-on leadership role responsible for supporting the day-to-day operation of the warehouse while driving inventory accuracy, warehouse organisation and team performance.

This is a residential Kalgoorlie-based position working a Monday to Friday roster.

THE DAY TO DAY

· Lead and support the day-to-day activities of the stores team.

· Coordinate receipting, storage, picking, packing and dispatch activities.

· Oversee cycle counts and stocktakes, investigating and resolving stock discrepancies.

· Monitor inventory accuracy and stock integrity across warehouse locations.

· Coordinate rig replenishment requirements and consumable orders.

· Ensure incoming and outgoing freight is processed safely, efficiently and accurately.

· Maintain warehouse equipment and report maintenance requirements.





· Promote and maintain warehouse housekeeping standards and 5S initiatives.

· Assist with training, mentoring and onboarding of warehouse personnel.

· Work closely with Procurement to ensure timely availability of stock and materials.

· Identify and implement improvements to warehouse processes, efficiency and inventory control.

Who We Are Looking For

· Current WA Manual Driver's Licence.

· Current Forklift Licence (LF)

· 2-3 years experience in warehousing, inventory control, stores or supply chain operations – exposure to the drilling industry would be advantageous

· Ability to pass a pre-employment medical, including drug and alcohol screening.

· Strong organisational and time management skills.

· Good communication skills and the ability to build positive supplier and stakeholder relationships.

· Intermediate Microsoft Office skills.

· Ability to work independently while contributing positively to a team environment.

· National Police Clearance or ability to obtain one.
