Senior Property Lawyer (min 4+ years PAE)

A well regarded boutique commercial practice in the Melbourne CBD is seeking an experienced Senior Property Lawyer (min 4 years + PAE) to join its growing property team. This role offers high quality work, a stable and supportive environment, and genuine long term career pathways.

About the Role

You’ll work across a broad mix of property and commercial matters, including:

- Residential and commercial conveyancing
- Off the plan developments and option agreements
- Retail and commercial leasing
- Sale and purchase of businesses
- Property related disputes
- Franchising, securities, guarantees, trusts and general commercial documentation
- You’ll also support and mentor conveyancers and junior lawyers.

What You’ll Bring

- Min 4+ years PAE in property and commercial law
- Strong drafting skills and high attention to detail
- A commercial, common sense approach
- Confidence advising clients at a sophisticated level
- Experience with PEXA, SRO and Land Registry systems
- Ability to manage files independently and meet deadlines
- A friendly, collaborative approach
- Strong relationship building skills with clients and referrers
