About you
- AHPRA registered Pharmacist
- Current ACOP accreditation (essential)
- Open to relocating to a rural area — this role is built for pharmacists ready for a genuine change of scene
- Strong interest in aged care and clinical pharmacy services
- Confident working autonomously across residential aged care facilities
- Genuine communicator who builds rapport with GPs, nursing staff and residents
