Applications are invited for the position of Senior ICT Officer at Guilford Young College. This is an ongoing position, working five days per week.

Guilford Young College is a Year 11 and 12 co-educational Catholic College based on two campuses - Hobart and Glenorchy. We aim to build an atmosphere of care and respect which allows each person in our college community to feel a sense of well-being and belonging.

The Senior ICT Officer is responsible for supporting the reliable, secure and effective operation of the College's ICT infrastructure, systems, and services across both campuses. The role assists with the administration, maintenance and improvement of server, network, cloud, endpoint, and cybersecurity environments, ensuring technology services meet the operational and educational needs of the College.

The role serves as the primary senior technical escalation point for ICT support staff,



providing Level 3 support, technical guidance and mentoring for complex issues. Working closely with the ICT Manager, the position helps coordinate incident response, problem resolution, and service improvements, while promoting consistent technical standards, documentation and knowledge sharing across the ICT team.
