WARNING: We are not your normal fabrication workshop.

At Traction Studio, we're the makers and fabricators behind some of the most eye-catching brand activations, pop-up experiences and events you'll have seen. We give brands and agencies with no construction experience the guidance, the process and the craftspeople to bring their ideas to life, without the guesswork. They bring the ideas and we make it happen.

Imagine a giant gold shiny beehive that pops up out of nowhere in the middle of the city. A structure that creates a whole new world for its guests.

That's the type of thing we do.

Since our launch in 2010, we have built over a thousand exciting and cutting-edge projects for many of the world's biggest brands. But we are not stopping there. We're on a strong growth trajectory and we have our sights set on even bigger goals.

Due to our continuing expansion, we now have the opportunity to bring on a Workshop Assistant & Inventory Hand, who will play a vital role in keeping our workshop running like clockwork and our hire inventory ready to go, whenever it's needed.

About You

You take pride in a tidy, well organised space.

You've got a solid grasp of hardware and workshop systems, or you're keen to build that up fast.

You're reliable. If you say something will be done, it gets done.

You keep an eye out for ways things could run better, and you speak up when you spot one.

You're someone who can pick up a system, process or checklist and follow it to the letter, consistently, every time. This is how we run a high quality, efficient workshop, so it matters more than most may think.

You're comfortable with physical work, lifting, deliveries and being on your feet most of the day.

You work well as part of a team, but you can also be trusted to get on with a task on your own.

Above all,

you take ownership of your work and see it through to the end.
