About you

You are an experienced Bus Driver with exceptional customer service skills and a strong knowledge of the road networks across Brisbane, Byron Bay and Noosa. You are confident driving passengers safely and professionally and enjoy creating a positive experience for our customers.

You will be reliable, safety-focused and comfortable working in a busy tourism environment.

You must hold:

- A current Australian Driver Licence

- A current QLD & NSW Driver Authority

- A current Medium Rigid (MR) Licence

About the role

We are seeking a Casual Bus Driver to safely transport our customers between our Brisbane, Byron Bay and Noosa locations, including regular Brisbane to Byron Bay and Brisbane to Noosa routes.

This is a casual position offering approximately 25–40 hours per week, with flexibility required to meet operational and customer demands.

Your responsibilities will include:

- Safely operating a large coaster bus while transporting customers between locations

- Providing exceptional customer service and creating a welcoming experience for our customers

- Communicating clearly and professionally with customers, colleagues and key stakeholders

- Completing required administration and using relevant IT systems effectively

- Demonstrating a high level of initiative, independence and reliability in your day-to-day work

- Ensuring vehicles are maintained to a high standard and reporting any issues promptly

- Following all relevant road safety, company and operational procedures

- Following directives from the Drop Zone Manager as requested
