About the role
Reporting to the CEO, the Chief Financial Officer is a pivotal executive leadership position responsible for the financial stewardship, governance and long-term financial success of the organisation. You bring strong expertise across financial management, corporate governance, commercial strategy, planning and performance, together with a proven ability to partner effectively with CEOs, Boards and executive leadership teams.
Commercially astute and strategically minded, you have a track record of improving business performance, leading transformation initiatives and supporting organisational growth. Experience in mergers and acquisitions, financial modelling, investment analysis and strategic planning will be highly regarded.
You are an engaging and influential leader who combines strategic thinking with operational execution. You build high-performing teams, establish trusted stakeholder relationships and thrive in environments that require both commercial rigour and adaptability.
CPA or CA qualifications are essential. Healthcare sector experience, previous M&A; exposure and GAICD qualifications will be viewed favourably.
