We're looking for a creative, organised and hands-on Marketing & Communications Coordinator to join Endeavour Foods on a 12-month fixed-term, part-time contract.

This is a varied role for someone who enjoys actually doing marketing – planning content, creating artwork, coordinating campaigns and events, updating communications and making sure our regular marketing activity keeps moving.

We're ideally looking for someone to join us for approximately 12-16 hours per week, with flexibility around how these hours are structured for the right person. This could suit someone looking for a genuine part-time marketing role, balancing other commitments or wanting to broaden their experience across different areas of marketing.

We're not necessarily looking for years of experience. What matters most is that you're creative, organised, able to take ownership of your work and get things done.

This is an on-site role based at our Hamilton Hill office, where you'll work closely with our wider team and external content partners.

ABOUT THE ROLE

Reporting to the General Manager,



you'll take ownership of the key day-to-day marketing and communications activities that keep the Endeavour Foods brand active, consistent and connected with our customers and team.

With this being a part-time role, the focus will be on doing the important things well – keeping our regular marketing activity moving, maintaining our brand and communications, and supporting priority campaigns, content and events as they arise.

Your responsibilities will include (but won't be limited to):

- Plan, create and schedule social media content, including coordinating content shoots with our content creator.

- Monitor and report on social media performance and engagement.

- Create and update marketing collateral and branded materials using Adobe Creative Suite and Canva.

- Coordinate email marketing, customer communications and monthly internal communications.

- Maintain our website, product catalogue and other key marketing materials.

- Capture and edit product, stock and team photography as required.

- Support selected customer events, marketing campaigns, partnerships and other ad hoc marketing activities.

ABOUT YOU – SKILLS & EXPERIENCE

We're looking for someone who combines creativity with organisation – someone who has a great eye for detail, enjoys bringing ideas to life and can confidently manage multiple priorities and deadlines.

Our ideal candidate will:

- Have previous experience in a marketing, communications, content or similar role.

- Have experience planning, creating and managing social media content.

- Have strong written communication skills and an eye for creating engaging, on-brand content.

- Be highly organised, proactive and able to take ownership of tasks from start to finish.





- Have experience creating marketing collateral and working within established brand guidelines.

- Be comfortable using Canva and other digital marketing tools.

- Have basic photography and image editing skills.

Experience with Adobe Creative Suite, particularly InDesign, Lightroom and Photoshop, Mailchimp, website/CMS updates, or coordinating content shoots and events would be highly regarded, but isn't essential.

A qualification in marketing, communications, design or a related field would be beneficial; however practical experience and the ability to confidently deliver the work are more important to us.
