Section Waiter (30h-38h per week)
Monday- Friday $34.96, Saturday $41.96, Sunday $48.95,
Public Holiday $66.75 + Super + Tips

What We’re Looking For
Minimum 2 years’ experience in a premium restaurant or high-volume venue
Solid knowledge of wine, and food
Confidence in preparing drinks efficiently while maintaining consistency and presentation
Understanding of sequence of service and guest interaction in a premium venue




Robust product knowledge and the ability to confidently make recommendations to guests
WSET Level 1 or cocktail/wine knowledge preferred, but not essential
Current RSA required

Your Day-to-Day Will Include
Working closely with floor staff, sommeliers, and management to ensure smooth service
Building rapport with guests and contributing to an exceptional overall dining experience
Following venue standards, recipes, and service expectations consistently
