About the role

TankPool is seeking a Despatch Administrator to join our team in Swan Hill, Victoria. In this full time position, you will play a key role in the smooth running of our logistics operations, ensuring the timely and effective despatch of our products to customers across the region.

What you'll be doing
Coordinating the despatch of orders, including preparing documentation, scheduling deliveries, and liaising with carriers
Maintaining accurate inventory records and providing updates on stock levels
Responding to customer inquiries and resolving any issues related to order fulfilment
Assisting with the processing of incoming goods and the organisation of the warehouse

Strong organisational and time management skills, with the ability to multitask and prioritise effectively
Excellent communication and customer service skills, with a friendly and professional approach
Proficiency in using relevant software and systems, such as inventory management and order processing tools
