The Role
Prepare estimates, cost plans and preliminary budgets for current developments
Review drawings, complete take-offs and identify scope gaps
Engage subcontractors and suppliers to obtain and test market pricing
Prepare trade scopes and complete subcontractor pricing comparisons




Identify value-management and buildability prospects
Support procurement and contract administration as projects progress

The Criteria
A degree in Construction Management, Quantity Surveying, Engineering or a related discipline
Three to five years of estimating experience
Robust understanding of construction drawings, trade scopes and pricing documentation
Confidence completing take-offs, scope reviews and commercial comparisons
Experience in residential, apartment, commercial or mixed-use construction
