About the role

Mad Pool Interiors & Renovations is looking for experienced people to join our swimming pool interiors and renovation teams on the Sunshine Coast. We have opportunities for Pool Plasterer/Pebblecrete Leading Hands, experienced Trowel Hands, Pool Renovation Leading Hands and Skilled Labourers.

These are hands-on, full-time roles working across a variety of swimming pool interior and renovation projects. Leading Hands will take responsibility for their crew and job quality, while Trowel Hands and Skilled Labourers will work as part of our experienced teams.

We’re looking for reliable, honest people who take pride in their workmanship and are interested in stable, long-term employment.

Key responsibilities
Swimming Pool Plasterer / Pebblecrete Leading Hand: Experienced in pool interior application, trowelling and finishing, with the ability to lead a crew and maintain a high standard of workmanship.
Experienced Trowel Hands: Pool plastering/pebblecrete application and finishing work.
Swimming Pool Renovation Leading Hand: Hands-on role overseeing residential pool renovations and coordinating a crew.
Skilled Pool Renovation Labourers: Demolition, jackhammering,



grinding, surface preparation, tile and coping work and general pool renovation duties.

About you
Reliable, honest, physically fit people who take pride in their work.
Work well in a team and know their way around a construction site.
Swimming pool industry experience is highly regarded.
Relevant construction or trade experience will be considered.
Pool construction/renovation experience preferred for leading hand roles.
Experienced plasterers and renderers with strong trowelling skills encouraged to apply.
