Key Responsibilities
Assist with personal care, meal preparation, and daily living tasks
Support clients with community access and social activities
Follow individual care plans and promote client independence
Maintain accurate documentation and progress notes
Report concerns and changes to the care team

What We’re Looking For
Previous experience in disability or aged care support
Certificate IV in Individual Support (or equivalent) preferred
Robust communication and interpersonal skills
Compassionate, reliable, and professional attitude
Current driver’s licence and reliable transport
