About the role

We are seeking passionate and experienced Beauty Therapists to join our team at Janesce, working in either our new Norwood store location re-opening late November, or our Hyde Park store in South Australia. You will be playing a key part in delivering high-quality beauty treatments and exceptional customer service to our clientele.

Key responsibilities
Providing a range of advanced beauty treatments, including facials, body massage, face and body waxing (no intimate waxing), tinting, and manicures/pedicures
Delivering personalised consultations to understand clients' needs and recommend appropriate treatments
Maintaining a clean, safe, and organised treatment room environment
Ensuring excellent customer service and a positive client experience
Recommend Janesce products and services
Work to KPI's and sales targets
Contributing to the overall success and growth of the Janesce' salon
Work supporting the team members

About you
A relevant beauty therapy qualification and a minimum of 3 years' experience in a similar role




Excellent customer service skills and a passion for delivering exceptional experiences
Solid attention to detail and the ability to work efficiently and effectively
A friendly, professional, and personable demeanour
A commitment to ongoing learning and development in the beauty industry
