Welink. Recruitment have partnered with a well-established and growing manufacturing business based in Chipping Norton, who are looking for an experienced CNC Operator to join their production team. This is an ongoing full-time role with the opportunity to become permanent full-time!

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
Program and prepare CNC laser-cutting machines.
Follow production schedules and reporting any potential issues.
Complete quality checks on finished cut-outs.
General factory / warehouse upkeep (sweeping / cleaning).
Ad hoc tasks in other areas of the manufacturing facility e.g. packing.

KEY REQUIREMENTS:
MUST have previous experience of operating CNC machinery.
An LF Forklift Licence (not essential but highly desirable).
Have full and unlimited working rights.
Be reliable, punctual and a robust eye for detail.
