On a day to day basis you will:

Be at the heart of our restoration operations, providing vital support to our team, clients and insureds across Western Australia. This is a fast-paced,



detail-driven role that requires initiative, time management, and excellent communication.

Your key responsibilities will include:
Oversee restoration claims from initial allocation through to final invoicing and closure.
Allocate and schedule restoration claims across our technician resources and trade network.
Assist both Rapid Repair and Major Works restoration-related portfolios as required.

What We're Looking For:
Customer Service experience
Previous experience within insurance building, insurance claims, or a trade-related industry.
Confident communication skills with the ability to juggle multiple priorities.
Be Proactive and reliable to ensure outstanding customer claims experience.
A team player who thrives in a busy, outcome-focused workplace.
