Key responsibilities
Welcome potential members with enthusiasm and professionalism, creating a lasting first impression
Engage with individuals to identify their fitness goals and present tailored membership solutions
Convert prospects into loyal members using sales expertise and knowledge of facilities, overcoming objections and highlighting key perks
Ensure every interaction with potential and existing members leaves them excited and confident about being part of the TotalFusion community

About you
Sales-driven with a passion for sales success and a strong interest in health and wellness
Effective communicator who can connect with people in person, over the phone, or online




Detail-oriented and able to create a welcoming, polished environment
Customer-centric and dedicated to going above and beyond to meet the needs of every member
Team player who thrives in a high-energy, collaborative environment and works closely with colleagues to achieve and exceed sales targets
