Trojan Recruitment Group is currently seeking multiple experienced Painter Blasters for an immediate start on a local, long-term project at our client's state-of-the-art workshop in Henderson. This is a great prospect to secure consistent hours, excellent pay, and long-term job stability.
About the Role:
Workshop-based role located in Henderson
Day shift: Monday to Friday (10–12 hours per day)
Optional weekend work available
Consistent 50–60 hours per week + penalties + super
Ongoing, long-term project
$250.00 sign-up bonus for successful candidates upon completion of two months of employment.
Key Duties Include:
Prepare and mix paints to specified colours and finishes
Perform surface preparation: stripping, sanding, filling, and sealing
Apply coatings using airless and conventional spray equipment, rollers, and brushes
Operate and maintain abrasive blasting equipment
Conduct surface finishing including sanding and grinding
Maintain and clean spray equipment
About you:
Demonstrated experience in airless and conventional spray painting
Proven skills in abrasive blasting
Current driver’s licence and reliable transport
Ability to pass a drug and alcohol screening
