CJD Equipment is looking for a motivated 1st Year Apprentice to join our Brisbane team and complete a Certificate III in Mobile Plant Technology. This is your prospect to gain practical experience, learn from skilled technicians, and build a long-term career in an industry that helps keep Australia moving.

What You'll Be Doing:
Learn to service, maintain and repair a range of Volvo construction equipment.
Develop hands-on skills under the guidance of experienced technicians.
Use modern tools, diagnostic systems and industry-leading technology.
Complete your trade qualification while earning on the job.
Build a strong foundation for future career opportunities within CJD.

What We're Looking For
A genuine interest in mechanics, machinery or the automotive industry.
Positive mechanical aptitude and a willingness to learn.
Completed Year 11 or Year 12, ideally with maths and science subjects.
Strong communication and teamwork skills.
Basic computer skills.
A positive attitude and pride in your work.
A commitment to workplace safety and our Zero Harm culture.
The ability to follow instructions and work independently when required.




Availability to work reasonable overtime and occasional weekends when required to support operational needs
A current driver's licence (manual preferred).

You must also be able to pass a pre-employment medical, including drug and alcohol screening.
