About the role

In this role, you will deliver and assess nationally recognised training in:
CPCCLDG3001 – Licence to perform dogging

You will be responsible for delivering engaging, compliant, and practical training, supporting students through their learning, and ensuring assessment is completed in line with regulatory and organisational requirements.

Key responsibilities
Deliver high-quality training and assessment for dogging courses
Assess learner competency in accordance with training package and regulatory requirements
Maintain accurate training and assessment records
Ensure compliance with RTO standards, policies, and procedures
Provide students with support, guidance, and constructive feedback




Maintain current industry knowledge and vocational competency
Promote a positive learning workplace that supports student success

What we are looking for

To be successful in this role, you will have:
Demonstrated experience delivering and/or assessing dogging training (Training can be provided for those that are new to the training space)
Current TAE40116 Certificate IV in Training and Assessment, TAE40122, or equivalent/required successor credential
Robust industry currency and relevant recent industry experience
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
A qualified and student-focused approach
Strong organisational and recordkeeping skills
A commitment to compliance, safety, and quality training outcomes

Desirable
SafeWork NSW Assessor Accreditation
Experience working within a Registered Training Organisation
Ability to deliver related high-risk work licence training, where applicable
