Reporting to the General Manager, you will have a mixture of front and back of house duties. This role is heavily focused around the responsibilities of the day-to-day operation of the Gaming Room, TAB and Keno, Bars and Functions with a solid focus on customer service.
Key responsibilities
Day-to-day operation of the Gaming Room, TAB and Keno
Management of Bars and Functions
Cash Reconciliation and Secure Balance
Give direction to Staff and prioritise Duties
Customer service focus
About you
Experienced Supervisor/Manager with a minimum of 2 years in hospitality, preferably in clubs or licensed venues
Proven knowledge of Gaming operations
TAB & Keno experience
Understanding of AML/CTF
Current RSA certificate, ARCG
Unrestricted working rights in Australia
