Your next opportunity:
Boral are on the lookout for an experience Foreman to oversee our Asphalt laying operations across Victoria.
Your primary responsibility in this role will be to oversee the Asphalt Crew, which involves managing team performance, emphasising safety, operational efficiency, and commercial excellence.
As a Foreman, you will focus on developing your crew and ensuring the delivery of projects with an industry-leading service.
Your day will involve:
Lead, manage, and motivate an asphalt crew to complete projects on time and within budget
Coordinate daily operations including equipment usage, material delivery, scheduling and reporting
Ensure safety compliance and enforce company policies on site
Conduct quality control checks during and after paving
Communicate effectively with clients
Train and mentor crew members
What are we looking for?
Minimum 5 years’ experience as an Asphalt Foreman
General Construction Induction Card (White card)
Valid Australian Drivers License
Strong leadership and communication skills
