About the role

We're looking for someone with strong specialty coffee experience who enjoys making, serving and talking about excellent coffee. Latte art, precision and cleanliness are essential, but passion and a positive attitude matter just as much.

Key responsibilities
Maintain a high standard of quality and organisation across the coffee area.
Maintain and clean grinders independently.
Maintain the coffee machine and carry out daily cleaning and maintenance.
Maintain high standards of cleanliness throughout the coffee station.
Assist the manager with stock ordering and inventory.
Contribute ideas for new coffee specials, menu items and service improvements.
Work collaboratively with the team to maintain a smooth and efficient service.

About you




Minimum 2 year experience in a similar barista position.
Proven experience within the hospitality industry.
Solid specialty coffee knowledge and a genuine passion for coffee.
Confident with dialling in, grinder adjustments and coffee extraction.
Solid latte art skills and excellent attention to detail.
Highly focused on delivering and serving exceptional coffee.
Keen to continue developing your skills and knowledge.
Enjoy sharing knowledge and contributing positively to a team.
Reliable, proactive and willing to get stuck in with a can-do attitude.
