Job Description
Located in the heart of Sydney CBD, ibis Styles Sydney Central is home to Mee So – a vibrant, contemporary dining destination full of flavour and personality. This is a hands-on role focused on delivering exceptional service and memorable experiences to our valued and loyal guests. Reporting to the Venue Manager, you’ll play an active role in the day-to-day operations of Mee So, bringing your creativity and expertise to the bar while crafting and serving both classic and creative cocktails and beverages.
