Due to exciting growth, SRG Global Mining Services is looking for skilled Blast Crew members to join our long-term Goldfields projects on various rosters on Dayshift only. You’ll be working with a professional team that values transparent communication, safety, and efficiency backed by competitive pay, up-to-date equipment, and industry-leading facilities.

The Blast Crew plays a crucial role in enabling productive mining or construction operations through expert handling of explosive materials and meticulous adherence to operational guidelines.

What You’ll Be Doing:
Safely execute blasting operations following safety protocols
Prepare blast patterns for efficient fragmentation and environmental protection
Load explosives with precision and safety supervision
Inspect blast areas for safety and environmental compliance




Maintain blasting equipment and tools in optimal condition

What We’re Looking For:
C Class Drivers Licence (Manual)
Dangerous Goods Security Card
Ability to perform labouring duties
Good communication and organisational skills, with an emphasis on teamwork
Pass a pre-employment medical and drug and alcohol assessment

Bonus Points for:
Heavy Rigid (HR) Drivers License
