What you’ll be doing
Supporting the Restaurant Manager in leading and motivating the front-of-house team
Delivering outstanding customer service and confidently handling any inquiries or concerns
Overseeing smooth, compliant daily operations including cash handling, inventory management, and health & safety
Coaching and developing team members to help them succeed

What we’re looking for
Minimum 1 year experience as an Assistant Manager or Supervisor in hospitality
Strong leadership and people management skills
A passion for excellent customer service and thriving in a rapid-paced workplace
Availability for day shifts with adaptable rosters - no late nights or early mornings
