The Role:

Due to exciting growth, SRG Global Mining Services is looking for skilled Drill Operators to join our long-term Goldfields projects on various rosters on Dayshift and Nightshift. You’ll be working with a qualified team that values explicit communication, safety, and efficiency backed by competitive pay, modern equipment, and industry-leading facilities.

What you’ll Be Doing:
Operate hydraulic and pneumatic drill rigs as per OEM specifications.
Complete drill holes to high QA standards according to client requirements.
Perform minor mechanical repairs
Maintain daily drill sheets and conduct pre-start checks on vehicles and equipment.
Ensure cleanliness and presentation standards are upheld; monitor drilling consumables and record wear rates.

What We’re Looking For:




C Class Drivers Licence (Manual)
A working knowledge of Sandvik Leopard and Sandvik DPI drills
Pass a pre-employment medical and drug and alcohol assessment

Bonus Points for:
Heavy Rigid (HR) Drivers Licence
Certificate III In Drilling Operations
Dangerous Goods Security Card
