Bar Manager Duties:
Ensuring that the bar is well organised on a day to day basis, from cleanliness to appropriate staffing, preparation, ordering of necessary equipment for both bar and restaurant.
Assist the Venue Manager in the development of Cocktail, Wine & Drinks lists for approval by General Manager.
Assist in the development and maintenance of the bar
Introduce and implement new and creative ideas to generate revenue.




Food and beverage service of the highest standard Training current staff in bar procedures
Maintaining the cleanliness and operating standards of all beer lines throughout all venues via monthly cleaning of lines, taps & cool rooms
Liaise with Security when onsite regarding all security issues.
Opening and closing the venue.
Assist with drink packages and events for the venue.
