Hours: Monday to Friday, 6:00 AM – 2:30 PM

We are currently seeking a highly organised and proactive Leading Hand to support daily operations within a fast-paced warehouse and logistics environment based in Kewdale.

This is a varied, hands-on role suited to someone who is confident managing competing priorities, is comfor leading teams when required and enjoys working within an operational workplace.

This role will be a hybrid role, meaning it will be an even split between administrative/office duties, and work on the warehouse floor.

The successful applicant MUST hold a valid Australian forklift license and have operational experience.

Key Responsibilities:
Customer interactions and managing outcomes
Data entry and maintaining data flow
Paperwork managment and attention to detail
Working with computer systems/Microsoft Suite - primarily Outlook and Excel
leading teams out on the warehouse floor and delegating tasks when necessary
Daily Forklift Operations including loading and unloading heavy vehicles




Adhering to safety procedures and protocol

To be successful in this role you will have:
A valid Australian Forklift license, with a minimum of 2 years operational experience.
A positive outlook, and works well with teams
Previous experience leading teams within a warehouse or similar environment
Strong organisational and administration skills including experience with Microsoft suite, Excel and Outlook
The ability to interact with clients at all levels
3PL Environment exposure is desirable
The ability to prioritise and manage tasks in a fast paced environment
