Key Responsibilities
Erect, modify and dismantle scaffolding structures safely and efficiently.
Read and interpret scaffold plans, drawings and work instructions.
Conduct pre-start safety checks and identify workplace hazards.
Ensure all scaffolding work complies with Australian Standards and site requirements.
Load, unload, transport and organise scaffold materials and equipment.
Inspect scaffolding components and report defects or safety concerns.
Maintain a clean, organised and safe work area.
Follow all company policies,



procedures and workplace health and safety requirements.
Work collaboratively with supervisors, clients and other site personnel.
Complete all assigned tasks within required timeframes and quality standards.
Attend toolbox talks, site inductions and safety meetings as required.
Perform other reasonable duties consistent with the employee's skills, qualifications and licence classification.

Skills and Requirements
Current High Risk Work License relevant to the employee's classification (Basic, Intermediate or Advanced Scaffolder).
Construction White Card.
Ability to work safely at heights.
Strong understanding of workplace health and safety practices.
Ability to work effectively within a team workplace.
Good communication and problem-solving skills.
Physical fitness and ability to perform manual labour tasks.
Reliable, punctual and committed to maintaining a protected work environment.

Pay: From $42.50 per hour

Expected hours: 38.0 per week
