Roasting Warehouse Specialty Coffee is seeking a versatile, high-energy team member to join our growing team in a combined Front of House (Barista) and Back of House (Kitchen) role.

This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced hospitality environment, can confidently move between BOH and FOH, and genuinely enjoys being part of a close-knit, hard-working team.

Key Responsibilities:

Back of House
Running kitchen service during busy periods
Assisting with food preparation
Maintaining effective workflow and organisation
Ensuring high standards of cleanliness and food safety
Supporting the Head Chef and BOH team as required

Front of House / Bar
Preparing high-quality specialty coffee
Maintaining minimal wait times during peak trade
Delivering consistent coffee quality




Engaging with customers and creating positive experiences
Supporting FOH operations as needed

About You:
Previous experience in a busy kitchen environment
Confident barista skills (or strong willingness to upskill quickly)
Able to work efficiently under pressure
Organised, clean, and detail-oriented
Strong communication skills
Reliable, punctual, and adaptable
A team-first attitude with a positive personality
