Full job description
Prepare, cook and plate a range of menu items according to our recipes and standards
Assist with prepping ingredients and maintaining a clean and organised kitchen environment
Ensure all food safety and hygiene procedures are followed
Work collaboratively with the kitchen team to deliver exceptional customer service
Contribute to continuous improvement of kitchen operations and procedure
Previous experience as a Cook or Kitchenhand in a quick-paced hospitality environment
Knowledge of food safety regulations and best practices
Solid attention to detail and commitment to maintaining high standards of cleanliness and organisation
Ability to work effectively as part of a team and under pressure
Enthusiasm for delivering outstanding food and customer service
