Tres Mexican is looking for enthusiastic, friendly and reliable Waiters & Bartenders to join our team on a casual basis.

We are looking for hospitality professionals who enjoy working with customers, thrive in a busy restaurant environment and can deliver excellent service with a positive attitude.

About the Role

Depending on your experience, your responsibilities may include:
Welcoming and serving customers in a friendly and professional manner
Taking food and beverage orders accurately
Serving food and drinks efficiently
Preparing cocktails, beverages and other drinks
Operating the POS and handling customer payments
Maintaining a clean and organised dining and bar area
Assisting with opening and closing duties
Supporting the team during busy service periods
Following responsible service of alcohol (RSA), food safety and workplace procedures
Providing a warm and enjoyable experience for our guests

About You

The ideal candidate will have:
Previous restaurant, waiting or bartending experience preferred
Excellent customer service and communication skills
A friendly, confident and positive personality




Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced setting
Ability to remain calm and professional under pressure
Good teamwork skills and a strong work ethic
Reliable and punctual
Good attention to detail
Availability to work evenings, weekends and public holidays
Current RSA certificate required for bartending/alcohol service
Barista skills are an advantage but not essential
