We are currently seeking reliable and hardworking Machine Operators to join a busy dairy manufacturing facility located in Carrum Downs.

This is a fantastic opportunity for candidates with previous experience in food manufacturing, food production, packing, or process work who thrive in a fast-paced environment and are available for an immediate start.

Our client is looking for motivated team players who can work efficiently to meet production targets while maintaining high standards of quality, food safety, and workplace safety.

Key Duties
Operate and monitor dairy processing and packaging machinery
Cutting and weighing various cheese blocks
Manual handling of products weighing up to 25kg
Feed raw materials and ingredients into processing equipment or hoppers
Conducting quality checks to ensure product standards are met
Maintaining a clean, secure, and organised work setting
Following strict GMP (Positive Manufacturing Practice) procedures
Meeting daily KPIs and production targets
Following all workplace health, safety,



and food safety procedures

What We're Looking For
Previous experience in food manufacturing, food production, packing, or process work is highly regarded but not essential
Ability to stand for extended periods and perform repetitive tasks
Strong attention to detail and a commitment to quality
Ability to work effectively as part of a team
Physically fit and comfortable with manual handling of up to 25kg
Full Australian working rights
Own reliable transport and a current driver's licence
Available for an immediate start
