Are you currently working in retail management, sales, customer service or hands-on trade work and looking to move into a sales career?

We are partnering with a well-established, Australian owned business based in Brisbane to appoint a sales representative to their growing team.

If you bring strong communication skills, a qualified work ethic and a genuine eagerness to learn, full product and sales training will be provided.

The Role and Responsibilities:
Prepare accurate product quotations and process customer orders efficiently.
Manage incoming trade enquiries across phone and email.
Follow up on active quotes and check in with existing accounts to drive repeat business.
Coordinate closely with internal operations and dispatch teams to ensure accurate,



on-time delivery.
Build lasting skilled relationships with site supervisors, buyers, and business owners.

What We Are Looking For
Background: Experience in retail supervision, trade counters, customer service or trade backgrounds seeking a structured sales role.
Mindset: Down-to-earth, reliable and coachable. Someone who takes ownership of their work and is comfortable asking for support when learning recent products.
Communication: Clear, confident communication style suitable for dealing with trade professionals and site managers.
