Prime Recruitment is currently seeking an experienced Warehouse Supervisor to join an established and busy fabrication business.

About the Role

This is an opportunity for an experienced Warehouse Supervisor or senior warehouse professional to take ownership of the day-to-day operations of a small but busy warehouse within a larger fabrication workplace.

Key Responsibilities
Supervise and support a small team of approximately 5 people
Oversee day-to-day warehouse operations, including goods receipting, despatch, picking and packing
Coordinate logistics, loading and unloading of trucks and containers
Operate forklifts and safely handle awkward or "ugly" loads
Manage external suppliers and assist with maintaining warehouse standards and housekeeping
Drive continuous improvement across warehouse operations
Maintain a strong focus on OHS and customer service

Key Requirements




Proven experience in warehousing and/or logistics
Previous supervisory or team leadership experience
Strong forklift operating experience, particularly with awkward or "ugly" loads
Good computer literacy, ideally with warehouse, inventory or ERP systems
Strong communication and organisational skills
Robust OHS focus
Flexible attitude and willingness to learn
Customer-focused approach

What’s On Offer
Monday to Friday day shift
38 hours per week, with overtime as required
Monday–Thursday: 6:00am – 2:15pm
Friday: 6:00am – 1:00pm
