You'll be right on the gym floor—coaching, motivating and supporting members to get the most out of their training.
Design and deliver effective exercise programs
Supervise the gym and support members at all times
Provide technique guidance and fitness advice
Run inductions, consultations and program reviews
Promote a safe, inclusive and welcoming workplace

This role focuses on delivering exercise programs,



supervising members and ensuring safety during equipment use.

Essential Criteria
Certificate III in Fitness (minimum)
Current First Aid & CPR
AUSactive Registration
Passion for health, fitness and helping others
Strong customer service and communication skills
