We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Motel Manager to join our team in Charleville, QLD. This is an excellent chance to secure a full time role within a welcoming regional community.

Requirements (Essential):
Minimum of 2 years of verifiable experience in a similar role
Solid leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills
Proven ability to work independently and manage staff
Experience with guest services, bookings, and hospitality systems
Good organisational and time management skills

Key Responsibilities:
Oversee daily operations of the motel, including guest check-ins and check-outs
Manage reservations, guest inquiries, and ensure high levels of customer service
Supervise housekeeping and maintenance teams
Coordinate staff rosters, handle payroll, and manage basic financial reporting
Ensure compliance with all relevant health, safety, and accommodation standards
