We’re looking for enthusiastic, friendly and reliable Waitstaff / Floor Staff to join our pub team!

Position: Waitstaff / Floor Staff
Employment: Casual, Part-Time and Full-Time

Location: Hotel Collingwood
Flexible hours and shifts available

What you’ll be doing:
Welcoming guests and providing friendly, attentive service
Taking food and drink orders
Delivering food and beverages to tables
Clearing and resetting tables
Processing orders and payments through the POS
Keeping the dining and service areas clean and tidy
Working closely with the bar and kitchen teams
Helping create a fun and welcoming atmosphere for our guests

What we’re looking for:
Friendly, outgoing and approachable
Excellent customer service skills




Reliable, punctual and hardworking
Flexible and willing to work as part of a team
Comfortable working in a busy, rapid-paced workplace
A positive attitude and willingness to learn
Hospitality experience is a bonus, but not essential

Flexible availability across weekdays, evenings and weekends is highly valued.
