Reformer Pilates Instructor

Snap Fitness Plainland is looking for a passionate and engaging Reformer Pilates Instructor to join our growing team.

Our members have embraced Reformer Pilates, and with demand continuing to grow, we’re looking for another excellent instructor to help us expand our timetable and bring the perks of Reformer Pilates to even more people in the Lockyer Valley.

You’ll be teaching from our brand-new, beautifully renovated Reformer Pilates studio, working with an established and enthusiastic member base that already loves Reformer and is ready for more.

About the Role

As a Reformer Pilates Instructor, you’ll deliver welcoming, safe and engaging classes for members of varying ages, abilities and experience levels. We want every participant — from someone attending their very first class to our regular Reformer lovers — to feel comfortable, supported and challenged.





You’ll have the freedom to bring your own personality and teaching style to your classes while being part of a supportive, community-focused fitness team.

About You

We’re looking for someone who:
Holds a recognised Reformer Pilates qualification
Has a genuine passion for Pilates, movement and helping people feel their best
Is confident leading groups and communicating with members
Can create fun, engaging and inclusive classes
Is reliable, professional and a positive team player
Enjoys building relationships and becoming part of a local fitness community

Previous instructing experience is welcomed, however equally key is finding someone with the right energy, attitude and ability to connect with our members.
