Mental Health Support Worker – SIL Macleod

Careable is looking for compassionate and experienced Mental Health Support Workers to join our team in our Macleod SIL house. If you have a passion for supporting individuals with psychosocial disabilities, we want to hear from you!

Multiple shifts available including active overnights. 24x7

Requirements:

Experience supporting individuals with psychosocial disabilities
Strong background in managing Behaviours of Concern
Previous experience in a SIL setting
Comfortable providing personal care and assisting with daily living tasks
Ability to foster a safe, supportive, and empowering workplace

Qualifications & Compliance:

Certificate IV (or higher) in Mental Health, Disability, or Community Services




NDIS Worker Screening Check
National Police Clearance
First Aid & CPR Certificate
Current Driver’s Licence & Reliable Transport
