Baivina Jewellers is a premium Australian fine jewellery brand, specialising in bespoke, handcrafted pieces designed with love. With a Sydney boutique and growing workshop team, we are looking for a Retail Operations & Order Coordinator to manage daily operations, support client orders, and ensure smooth communication between clients and our workshop team.

Key Responsibilities
Oversee daily boutique operations and ensure the store reflects Baivina’s brand image.
Manage and track client orders, ensuring details are accurate and delivered on time.
Act as the communication link between clients, designers, jewellers, and the workshop.
Provide clear updates and after-sales support to clients.
Maintain accurate records of client details, orders, and follow-ups.
Support inventory, POS transactions, and basic admin tasks.
Assist with in-store events and seasonal promotions.

Requirements
1–2 years’ experience in retail operations,



order management, or customer service.
Strong communication and coordination skills—clear, skilled, and empathetic.
Detail-oriented and well-organised, able to manage multiple tasks.
Jewellery or luxury retail experience a plus, but not required.
Fluent English; Mandarin or other languages are an advantage.
Flexible availability, including weekends and peak trading seasons.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $75,000.00 – $85,000.00 per year
