The Opportunity

We’re looking for a talented and motivated Associate Lawyer to join our dynamic and high-performing team. This is an exciting opportunity to further your career in a firm that values professional development, mentorship, and a strong team culture.

Key Responsibilities
Manage a diverse caseload of litigation and/or advisory matters (e.g., insurance, employment, construction, commercial, or public law — tailored to your team focus).
Draft and negotiate legal documents including pleadings, correspondence, and contracts.
Conduct legal research and prepare high-quality legal advice.
Liaise with clients, counsel, and other stakeholders to advance matters efficiently.
Mentor and collaborate with junior lawyers and support staff.




Contribute to business development and client relationship initiatives.

About You

To be successful in this role, you will ideally have:
2–5 years PAE (Post Admission Experience) in a relevant practice area.
A current Australian practising certificate.
Strong technical legal skills and commercial acumen.
Excellent written and verbal communication abilities.
A proactive attitude and ability to manage competing priorities.
A team-oriented mindset and a commitment to client service excellence.
