About the role

We are seeking an experienced Baker to join our team at Little Home Bakery in Morley, WA. This is a full time position, where you will be responsible for the production of high-quality baked goods to delight our customers. As an integral member of our passionate team, you will play a key role in keeping our commitment to using the best ingredients and traditional baking methods.

What you'll be doing
Mixing, preparing and baking a variety of baked goods according to our recipes and standards
Working in a semi-automated production area and be open-minded to the newest technology
Ensuring the bakery workspace and equipment are clean, organised and well-maintained
Adhering to all food safety and hygiene standards
Providing excellent customer service when interacting with customers

What we're looking for
Proven experience as a Baker, preferably in a commercial or artisanal bakery setting
Strong knowledge of baking techniques, ingredients and food safety regulations
Ability to work efficiently and accurately under pressure to meet production deadlines
Excellent attention to detail and problem-solving skills
Good communication and teamwork skills
